Let's not forget the Boating, Sailing, and other aquatic activities that are popular at White Lake. You can bring your own watercraft and put in at the Marina nearby. We have 2 buoys available for reservation on a first come-first serve basis. Call about pricing.

WHERE CAN WE EAT?

Silver Sands Motel and Apartments is conveniently located 7 miles from Elizabethtown.  The city center provides multiple shopping centers and restaurants for you to enjoy during your stay.

If you want to try your skills on the grill we have Propane and Charcoal grills available for use on a first come - first serve basis. Propane is provided, please plan to provide your own Charcoal.

We are also lucky to have H&D Super Market across the street for a small sampling of essentials should the need arise.

ARE YOUR ROOMS PET FRIENDLY?

At Silver Sands Motel and Apartments, we know that your four legged family members are just as important as those of the two legged variety. We do allow dogs 30lbs and under provided that they are not from a commonly aggressive breed.

You will be required to clean up after your pet.

If your pet does not meet these requirements there is a boarding facility nearby. The Barking Lot is located at the entrance to White Lake and can be reached for any questions regarding boarding your pet. Their number is (910) 862-7387.
