Silver Sands Motel and Apartments

Provided above are photographs of our room arrangements and their amenities. Not all rooms have photos on the internet. The rooms shown are samples of how different rooms are set up.

Every motel room has a dining area, a sitting area and an efficiency kitchen. All of the Kitchens have a refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker and a stovetop oven combo. Silverware, pots/pans, plates and glassware are all stocked in the cabinets.

Most of our bathrooms are equipted with a stand up shower (30" x 30"). Units 2, 10, 12, 20, 24 & 25 have tub showers. (FYI)

Please note most photos are of the rooms in the main motel. The Davis house (unit 25) does not have photos of the exterior on line yet. This unit is an older house that is just across the street and has water front priviledges. Rooms #21 - #23 (Triplex), and #25 (The Davis House - offline for repair) all have window a/c but no heat.

#24 now has central heat and ac. Rooms 3, 14 and 20 have a new window unit until the central unit can be replaced, hopefully before the 2012 summer season.

Please note that all rooms have only one bedroom, except #24 which has 2 bedrooms, and #25 which has 3 bedrooms. Rooms 2, 3, 10, 12 and 20 have two beds in the bedroom, with a separate living area. Rooms 4, 7, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 have one bed in the bedroom, with a separate lving area. Units's 5, 6, and 8 have two beds in one room with no dividing wall.

We furnish linens and towels.

We also have gas grills (we supply the gas) and charcoal grills (you supply the charcoal) for your use.

In addition, we have two buoys in the water for our customers with boats or jet ski's
